When AI emerged as the most transformative technology of our generation, the direction was clear. We saw local businesses—med spas, wellness clinics, longevity centers—drowning in missed calls, forgotten appointments, and manual busywork. The tools existed to fix all of it. Nobody was building them for these businesses.

So in 2025, Zapex360 was born. One mission: bring enterprise-level AI automation to the businesses that need it most.
